Today we let the wind lead us to the Beautiful Withlacoochie River! Where we caught some nice Largemouth and let them go to grow! Withlacoochie river is one of my favorite places to freshwater fish and enjoy the gorgeous peaceful views. We then cruised down river to lake rousseau till the wind shoved us to back up river to  Swampy's Bar and Grille on the with a scenic deck right on the Rainbow River,  serving Cajun fare, burgers & fish tacos! Love their cheese grits and Cajun style cooking. 😋

For saltwater fishing charters, some of the fish I target are Redfish, Trout, and Snook. Freshwater fishing trips include Large Mouth Bass, Panfish, Spec, and many others. Don't forget about scalloping tours and scenic ones too!&nbsp; From The CaptainBorn in Citrus County before I could walk my parents moved to Key West where I lived with them at a Marina. (Boog Pals ). So my dad could follow his passion as a Charter boat Captain. I was lucky enough to live on the water in key west for 12 years and learn from my father and my sister being Sportfishing guides. Captain Jack Kelly was the Windy Day. My sister Lori Parker was "The New Wave." While they continued their passion down there, I moved back to Citrus County with my mom at the age of 12 and started learning the areas here at the age of 15. Fresh and Saltwater. Ever since I have fallen in love with the nature coast in Citrus County. As a mother of 3 children and with lots of patience, I'd be happy to take you and your youngins fishing and create lifelong memories for them. I recommend 5 and up, and to bring plenty of snacks - kids often get extra hungry on the water. Sea sickness is very rare out on the water since most of the time, we're in 2 to 4 feet of water on average, and we are hidden behind the mangroves to block the wind. The lakes are plentiful clean and quiet. The river is majestic and breathtaking and the Gulf here has the best fisheries I have seen as far as inshore fishing. Redfish and Snook are some of my favorite fish here. We also have speckled Sea trout, Black drum, Mackerel, Pompano, Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Flounder, Shark, Triple tail, Cobia Grouper Tarpon, and several other species of fish here on the nature coast.
